The calculators
The board foot, log scale, log cutting and log load calculators run entirely in your browser. The sizes, prices and log measurements you type are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see how the site is used: which pages and calculators are opened, which buttons, chart tabs and links are clicked, whether inches or millimetres are chosen, and whether the app pricing was seen. IP anonymisation is enabled and Google's advertising features are not used. The numbers you enter are never sent. Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode: visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies are set only after you accept; if you reject, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless, aggregate signals. You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings, or block analytics with a browser setting or extension without affecting the calculators.
To decide whether to show the consent banner, the page asks Cloudflare which country the visit comes from; the answer is used in your browser only and not stored.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies to distinguish visits — in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only after you accept. Your browser's local storage keeps your consent choice, whether you prefer inches or millimetres, and the log tally and board sizes of the log load calculator, so they are there when you come back. This stays on your device; you can clear it through your browser settings.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not keep server logs of our own.
Accounts, advertising and third parties
There are no accounts, no advertising and no data brokers. Links to other websites take you to those sites, whose own privacy policies then apply.
The app
The Sawmill Planner app for iOS and Android is a separate product with its own privacy notice, shown in the stores and inside the app when it is released.
Children
The site does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights and contact
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to object to its processing and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde). We hold no personal data about visitors ourselves; for analytics data, the consent choice above is the simplest control. Questions: contact@nadzeyayashchuk.com.
